What's Coming
to Laurum Online

A look at the road ahead — in the order things are planned to ship. This is a solo, hobby-paced project, so there are no dates attached. Ideas may shift, but the direction is clear.

Order is our intent, not a promise. Things evolve.

The Road Ahead

1

Guild Pulse

Guild In Progress

Your guild gets a live feed showing which of your guildmates was killed, by whom, and where. Three new guild-wide achievements track donations, dungeon clears, and high-level members — earn them together and your whole guild earns a banner and a shared title.

  • Recent Deaths feed
  • Guild achievements
  • Shared titles & banners
2

The Frontier

World

A new world type opens its gates. Frontier offers better EXP for players who dare to venture there — but it comes with real danger. Slay innocents and you'll be locked out of the safe Haven worlds until you've redeemed yourself. World-hopping after a kill now has a cooldown.

  • New world type
  • +EXP bonus
  • Karma gate for Haven
  • Server-switch cooldown
3

Declare Your Rivals

PvP

Guild officers can declare another guild as a Foe. Mutual enemies fight freely — no karma penalty. The Recent Deaths feed gains a Rally button: teleport straight to a fresh kill location and join the fight. Dying to a sworn enemy costs you a chunk of your current-level EXP. Wars finally have weight.

  • Foe declarations
  • No karma for mutual-Foe kills
  • Rally teleport
  • EXP loss on Foe death
4

Battle for the Realm

PvP

A recurring open-world event throws open three contested zones across the map. Guilds race to capture and hold all three at once. The MVP guild earns a banner, a title, leaderboard glory, and a gold reward — cosmetic recognition only, no pay-to-win power advantages.

  • 3-zone domination event
  • Recurring schedule
  • Guild leaderboard
  • Cosmetic rewards only
5

Sanctuary Rules

World

Haven worlds become true sanctuaries: solo players and unguilded adventurers are untargetable. PvP between rival guilds still flows freely, but harassers and repeat kill-stealers earn a mark that turns them into open targets for everyone — a "purple flag" the whole server can hunt.

  • Solo / unguilded protection
  • Anti-grief system
  • Purple flag mechanic

Progression 2.0

Progression

The biggest rework in the game's history. The rebirth cap rises significantly. LP and RP retire in favour of talent trees, where you shape your character through specializations — Healer, Berserker, Tank, Marksman, and more. Any class can pick any spec. Existing progress converts automatically. Reach the top and claim a unique archetype title that is yours alone.

  • Raised rebirth cap
  • Talent trees
  • 8 shared specializations
  • Veteran specs
  • Unique archetype titles
  • Free respec at launch

Content Patches

Future

After Progression 2.0 lands, a series of content patches follows. Wandering NPCs roam the world. A deep dungeon ladder challenges veterans. A new extraction-style arena mode offers scan-and-survive gameplay. Each ships as its own release when it's ready.

  • Wandering NPCs
  • 50-tier dungeon ladder
  • Extraction arena mode
