These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Laurum Online, including the game client, website, web shop, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Laurum Online is operated by Pixel Cat Interactive LTD, based in Ireland. By creating an account, using the Service, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for your account, device, login details, and any activity carried out through your account. You must not share accounts, sell accounts, or access accounts that do not belong to you. We generally do not interfere with player accounts unless it is necessary for security, support, fraud prevention, enforcement of these Terms, technical operations, or legal compliance.
You must not use Laurum Online to cheat, exploit, harass, or damage the experience of other players. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
If you break these Terms, we may warn, suspend, restrict, reset, or permanently ban your account or related accounts. We may also remove items, currency, or other progress connected to abuse, fraud, or rule breaking. If an account is suspended or banned for cheating, hacking, botting, toxic behavior, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, fraud, or similar misconduct, we do not refund purchases.
Gems, V.I.P. items, chests, and all other virtual items are licensed digital game content. They are not real-world property, have no cash value outside the Service, and may not be transferred except where the game expressly allows it. Once a player opens, consumes, redeems, or uses an in-game gem chest, V.I.P. chest, gems, V.I.P. item, or similar virtual item, that purchase is no longer refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary, a refund may be considered for a web shop purchase only where the purchased chest or virtual item has not been opened, consumed, redeemed, or otherwise used in-game. Refund abuse, automated refund abuse, dishonest chargebacks, or similar behavior may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
Shop prices may be shown in USD or a localized currency depending on the player’s location and Paddle’s pricing configuration. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax may be included in or added to the checkout total depending on the customer’s location and applicable law. Payment processor fees are handled through our payment provider and are not promised as separate refundable charges to players.
We may patch, rebalance, reset, roll back, remove, disable, or change any part of the Service at any time. This may affect accounts, inventories, virtual items, progression, leaderboards, or other game data. We may do this for maintenance, bug fixes, anti-abuse action, technical issues, balancing, legal reasons, or operational reasons.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free gameplay, or permanent availability of any feature, item, account state, or virtual good.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixel Cat Interactive LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, goodwill, or virtual items arising from use of the Service, enforcement actions, downtime, bugs, exploits, resets, or player misconduct. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, except to the extent mandatory local consumer laws apply in your place of residence.
