Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to purchases made for Laurum Online virtual items, including gem chests and V.I.P. chests.

Eligibility for refunds

We can consider a refund if the purchased gem chest or V.I.P. chest has not been opened or consumed. Once the item has been opened, consumed, redeemed, or otherwise used in-game, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund except where required by applicable law.

How to request a refund

If you want to request a refund, contact support and include enough information for us to identify the transaction, such as your player name, purchase time, and receipt or transaction reference.

Review process

Before approving a refund, we may verify whether the chest or item was delivered, opened, consumed, or otherwise used. If it has not been opened or consumed, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

Limitations

Refunds may be refused in cases of abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or where records indicate that the virtual item has already been used. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Refund abuse

If a player abuses automated refunds, chargebacks, or refund requests in a dishonest or abusive way, we may suspend or permanently ban the related Laurum Online account.
